As a Brown Girl Coach, I am dedicated to connecting with women of color and supporting them in achieving their goals.

With over two decades of experience as a successful coach, project manager, and facilitator, I have had the privilege of coaching individuals and teams responsible for impactful work, from sharing news with the masses to consulting with leading businesses and institutions worldwide.

My passion for understanding human behavior, motivation, and building successful teams has led me to become a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I believe that true representation involves not only having a seat at the table but also filling the room with your presence.

My educational background includes a BS in Communications from St. John's University, as well as certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC). I am currently enrolled in the Expertise in Enterprise Coaching program, IC-ICE, which is a nine-month intensive course designed to enhance coaching competence in enterprise and executive settings, using real-life scenarios and feedback from peers and experts.
